PREAMBLE
All religions of this world agree on the point that our Creator greatly loves all His creations. Almighty Allah flashed an idea in the mind of Dr. Anser Mahmood S/O Mehar din Resident of Bhagtanwala, District Sargodha to take first step towards creation of a Foundation for worldly as well as heavenly benefits & welfare of the general public & humanity at large. This inspiration urged Dr. Anser Mehmood who with the noble object of pleasing his Magnificent & Beneficent Creator has established AL-RAHMAH FOUNDATION, Allied Colony Bhagtanwala, District Sargodha for promotion of Islamic ideology, release of illegally detained / held under custody/imprisoned/ contained/restricted persons, provision of legal assistance/support and remedy for liberation of state patriots and prisoners from jails all over the world. The main focus is also to establish medical dispensaries & allied medical facilities, libraries and Masajid /Madaris etc. and to run already established Masajid / Deeni Madaris, if handed over to this Foundation for this purpose. Therefore, based upon the prime objective of serving humanity, irrespective of religion, origin, race, caste or creed, the Foundation will prove itself a blessing for humanity. The Foundation will be run on non-political and non-commercial basis as Al-Rahmah Foundation, Allied colony Bhagtanwala, District Sargodha, addressing the following:
Basic Needs Provision: Ensuring that individuals and communities have access to basic necessities such as food, drinking water, shelter, and healthcare.
Education and Skill Development: Supporting educational initiatives that provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to improve their employability and income compatibility, including formal education and vocational training programs.
Employment Opportunities: Creating or supporting programs that generate sustainable employment opportunities, especially for marginalized and vulnerable populations.
Microfinance and Entrepreneurship: Providing financial resources and training to help individuals starting and growing their own businesses, fostering economic self-sufficiency.
Healthcare Access: Increasing access to quality healthcare services, including medical treatment, preventive care, and sanitation facilities.
Women and Children Empowerment: Focusing on gender equality and empowering women and children by addressing issues such as maternal health, education, and protection from exploitation.
Community Development: Supporting community-driven projects and initiatives that address poverty at the local level, considering the unique needs and challenges of each community.
